Abstract | The invention relates to an intelligent monitoring system and method for community safety prevention and control. Wherein the system captures visual and environmental data of a community through a sensor device, and uses these data to create and update a digital twin model. The sensor device comprises a camera and various environmental sensors. The data processing unit is responsible for receiving and analyzing the data transmitted from the sensor device and processing the data in the digital twin model by utilizing a machine learning algorithm to identify potential security threats and predict the development trend thereof. And the event response unit starts necessary safety measures according to the processing result. In addition, the system further comprises a user interaction interface, community managers and residents are allowed to check the digital twin model and related safety information in real time, and the sense of participation of users and the transparency of the system are enhanced.
