Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of medical detection, and discloses a method for detecting multiple cytokines of memory immune cells, which comprises the following steps: performing stimulation treatment on cell suspension of peripheral blood mononuclear cells by using antigen stimulating peptides for stimulating memory T cells, and setting negative control treatment and positive control treatment; detecting the treated peripheral blood mononuclear cells by adopting a FluroSpot human interferon gamma/interleukin 2/tumor necrosis factor kit; wherein the ratio of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells to the antigen stimulating peptide is (240000-260000): 0.1 [mu] L to 0.5 [mu] L, and the concentration of the antigen stimulating peptide is 1.5 [mu] g/mL to 4 [mu] g/mL.
