Abstract | The invention discloses a method for improving the bonding strength of a metal bonding layer and a ceramic thermal insulation layer of a thermal barrier coating, the thermal barrier coating prepared based on the method and application, and belongs to the technical field of thermal barrier coating preparation. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, completely melting bonding layer powder with small particle size by adopting high velocity oxy-fuel spraying, and depositing a compact bottom layer with the porosity of less than 1% on the surface of the pretreated high-temperature alloy; secondly, performing high velocity oxy-fuel spraying on large-particle-size bonding layer powder to obtain semi-molten particles, and depositing a high-roughness surface layer on the surface of the compact bottom layer; and finally, the bonding layer is subjected to heat treatment under the high vacuum degree, and metallurgical bonding of semi-molten particles in the high-roughness surface layer and the compact bottom l |
