Abstract The invention provides a sheet post-processing apparatus and an image forming system, a controller in the sheet post-processing apparatus sets a position in a vertical direction of a discharge tray to a predetermined discharge position when a sheet is discharged to the discharge tray, and sets a position in a vertical direction of the discharge tray to a predetermined discharge position when the sheet is stacked on a processing tray.
