Abstract | The invention relates to an acetylcholine receptor inhibitory peptide and application thereof, bacteriophage with high binding force to an acetylcholine receptor is screened out by using random peptide recombinant bacteriophage, and acetylcholine receptor binding peptide is screened out through DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) of the bacteriophage. Binding force to acetylcholine receptors and inhibitory effect of acetylcholine receptors have been confirmed by using selected peptides, and peptide sites and sequences that are important for binding to acetylcholine receptors have been confirmed by modifying the peptides, whereby it is expected that the acetylcholine receptors have been inhibited by using the acetylcholine receptor inhibitory peptides of the present invention. Thus, a cosmetic composition for improving wrinkles, a drug for preventing or treating acetylcholine receptor-related diseases, and a health functional food can be developed.
