Abstract | The invention discloses an intelligent evaluation system and method for the safety state of pressure-bearing equipment based on a fuzzy set, and is applied to the technical field of equipment detection. The method comprises the steps of obtaining sample feature data of pressure-bearing equipment from a chemical enterprise through preset sensor equipment in a local robot system, and processing the sample feature data to obtain a PFS matrix; the obtained PFS matrix is processed to obtain a similarity matrix, the similarity corresponding to each row in the similarity matrix is calculated and sorted, and the category corresponding to the maximum similarity is selected; obtaining the similarity and category matching result of each defect through the cloud server; and fusing the category matching result and the similarity information obtained by the local robot system and the cloud server, and finally outputting early warning type and security level data.
