Abstract The invention relates to a self-locking structure which comprises a socket shell and a connecting ring, the socket shell is sleeved with the connecting ring, and the connecting ring moves on the socket shell in the axial direction of the connecting ring; a steel ball is arranged between the socket shell and the connecting ring; the plug is provided with a groove, and the steel ball can extend into the groove or leave the groove. When the connecting ring moves, the steel balls are controlled to be fixed or move; when the steel balls are fixed, the steel balls extend into the grooves. According to the self-locking structure and the connector, matching of the steel balls, the grooves and the connecting rings for controlling the positions of the steel balls is adopted, accidental connection caused by mistaken touch is avoided, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
