Abstract A hectogram-level nuclear fuel powder stirring ball-milling device comprises a ball-milling tank, a sealing cover is arranged at the top of the ball-milling tank, a sealing ring is installed in a groove in the side face of the sealing cover, a hole is formed in the center of the sealing cover, and an inner wrapping framework oil seal with an auxiliary lip is installed at the lowermost end of the sealing cover.
