Abstract | The embodiment of the invention discloses a positioning method and system based on electroencephalogram signals, and the method comprises the steps: responding to the electroencephalogram signals obtained after nerve stimulation, and converting the electroencephalogram signals into a linear equation of a preset source imaging model; the linear equation of the source imaging model comprises a relation matrix of brain power supply activity mapped from the cerebral cortex to a scalp surface acquisition electrode, a time domain basis function of the electroencephalogram signal, and a weighting coefficient of the time domain basis function of each source dipole; representing a linear equation of the source imaging model as a probability distribution form, and applying a prior probability to the source imaging model in the probability distribution form according to a Bayesian method; performing posterior estimation on the source imaging model after the prior probability is applied, and iteratively updating a time-d |
