Abstract | The invention provides the spraying method for the eroded part of the main channel on the premise of not disturbing the production plan and the tapping sequence of the blast furnace after the local erosion of the stokehole main channel of the blast furnace, the spraying quality is controlled by adjusting the water quantity and the aperture size of the spraying pipe, and the spraying operation is performed in a layered and partitioned manner; and by selecting the baking time length, the original vertical steel plate formwork pouring working time length can be shortened, the main channel iron content can be increased, safety accidents caused by main channel burning through can be eliminated, the loss of pouring materials can be reduced, and the cost can be saved.
本发明针对高炉炉前主沟局部侵蚀后,不打乱高炉生产计划和出铁顺序的前提下提供一种主沟侵蚀部位的喷涂方法,通过调整水量和喷管孔径大小控制喷涂质量,及采用分层分区喷涂操作,以及烘烤时长选择可降低以往立钢板支模浇筑工作时长,不但能提高主沟通铁量,消除主沟烧穿造成的安全事故,还可降低浇筑料的损耗节约成本。 |
