Abstract The invention provides a high-wear-resistance polyethylene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The polyethylene composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60%-80% of high-density polyethylene resin, 10%-20% of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin, 5%-10% of POE, 0.2%-1% of an anti-ultraviolet agent, 0.5%-2% of an antioxidant, 2%-5% of inorganic filler and 0.5%-3.0% of carbon black. According to the high-wear-resistance polyethylene composite material and the preparation method thereof, the impact strength, the wear resistance, the temperature resistance, the corrosion resistance, the ultraviolet resistance and the like of polyethylene resin are greatly improved, the requirements for bearing higher impact load stress and wear-resistant occasions can be met, the simply supported beam double-notch impact strength of the modified composite material can reach 160KJ/m < 2 >, and the service life of the composite material is prolonged.
