Abstract | The invention provides a method for simultaneously and quantitatively analyzing lead and arsenic in soil based on an EDXRF spectrum, and belongs to the technical field of soil detection. According to the characteristics that in an EDXRF spectrum of a soil sample in which Pb and As coexist, when two characteristic spectrum peaks of a Pb element L alpha and an As element K alpha are overlapped, the net integral areas of the characteristic spectrum peaks of the Pb element L alpha and L beta have a fixed relation, and the characteristic spectrum peak of the Pb element L beta is not interfered by characteristic spectrum peaks of other elements, the net integral areas of the two characteristic spectrum peaks of the Pb element L alpha and the As element K alpha have good additive performance; pb standard soil samples with different concentrations and As standard soil samples with different concentrations are used for respectively establishing a Pb element quantitative analysis model based on the net integral area of |
