Abstract The invention provides an underground dual-power drilling tool, which belongs to the field of drilling tools and comprises a shell assembly, and a first screw assembly, a drill bit, a first driving assembly and a reaction torque compensation assembly which are arranged in the shell assembly. The drill bit is fixedly connected with the first screw assembly, and the drill bit and the first screw assembly rotate under the action of the first driving assembly. A rotatable reaction torque compensation assembly is additionally installed in the shell assembly, and the reaction torque compensation assembly can rotate relative to the first screw assembly at the same time. When the drill bit is stuck, the reaction torque compensation assembly provides forward torque for the shell assembly so as to offset the reverse torque of the first driving assembly.
