Abstract | The invention relates to the field of metal cleaning agents, and particularly discloses a long-acting antirust low-foam metal cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, the long-acting antirust low-foam metal cleaning agent comprises the following components by weight: 10-15% of dodecenyl ethylene succinate; 3 to 10% of an OP-10 surfactant; 3 to 10% of an AES surfactant; 30-50% of sodium thiosulfate; 5-15% of sodium carbonate; 5-13% of an antirust agent; 1-13% of a bactericidal bacteriostatic agent; the cleaning agent has the beneficial effects that the cleaning agent is relatively high in cleaning rate, relatively few in foam during use, capable of being cleaned by using high-pressure cleaning equipment, and meanwhile, has certain anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, further meets the industrial needs, has relatively high practicability and market prospects, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
