Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of forestry, and particularly discloses a verification method of a forest health-care effect. The invention discloses a method for verifying a health-care effect, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: carrying out the continuous observation of health-care factors in a forest environment, and determining the dynamic changes of forest health-care environment elements; the method comprises the following steps: synchronously placing a mouse in a real forest environment for forest bathing by utilizing an animal outdoor simulation test, and researching the change of spontaneous behavior and emotional state of the mouse after forest bathing by adopting a medically typical open field experiment method; and analyzing the correlation between the forest environment elements and the spontaneous behaviors and emotional state indexes of the mice, and verifying the health-care effect of the forest.
