Abstract The embodiment of the invention provides an asynchronous track association method, device and system based on a pseudo nearest neighbor distance, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining track data sets and sampling rates of a plurality of radars according to a preset period; determining a reference radar and a plurality of target radars from the plurality of radars according to the sampling rate; determining the track data set of the reference radar as a reference track data set; according to the reference track data set and the track data set of each target radar, respectively obtaining a pseudo nearest neighbor distance matrix of each target radar and the reference radar; and according to each pseudo nearest neighbor distance matrix, the reference track data set and the track data set of each target radar, respectively obtaining a track correlation matrix of each target radar and the reference radar.
