Abstract | A detection tool for detecting the installation angle of a crankshaft timing bevel gear is used for crankshaft manufacturing. A positioning tool of the timing bevel gear is in sliding fit with a guide rail on the workbench; a fixed center base and a movable center base on the two sides of the workbench are fixedly connected with the workbench, two supporting bases used for supporting a crankshaft M2 main journal and a crankshaft M6 main journal are connected to the middle of the workbench, and the symmetrical centers of the fixed center base, the movable center base and the two supporting bases are located on the same vertical plane. A second standard part used for detecting the installation angle alpha of the timing bevel gear is placed on the workbench and close to the P1 connecting rod neck, and the gauge height of the second dial indicator seat is consistent with the gauge height of the second standard part. The device can conveniently, efficiently and accurately detect the installation angle of the crank |
