Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of insulating supporting rods, and provides an insulating supporting rod for a high-speed rail station and a using method of the insulating supporting rod for the high-speed rail station, and the insulating supporting rod comprises a first straight rod, a second straight rod connected with the first straight rod, a bent rod connected with the second straight rod, a third straight rod connected with the bent rod through a second connecting mechanism, and a working mechanism connected with the third straight rod; the second connecting mechanism is of a mortise and tenon joint structure; the bent rod is a metal rod, and the third straight rod is a glass fiber reinforced plastic rod.
