Abstract The invention provides a multi-satellite navigation system positioning method based on an inter-satellite fixed weight network. The method comprises the following steps: calculating pseudo-range observation values corresponding to a receiver and target satellites in a multi-satellite navigation system based on a standard single-point positioning model; according to the pseudo-range observation value, obtaining an elevation angle, an Euclidean distance, a signal-to-noise ratio and a pseudo-range residual error of a corresponding target satellite; obtaining a satellite observation value characteristic matrix based on the elevation angle, the Euclidean distance, the signal-to-noise ratio and the pseudo-range residual error; and inputting the satellite observation value characteristic matrix into an inter-satellite weighting network, and outputting and obtaining observation value weights of the target satellites, so that the multi-satellite navigation system performs positioning based on the observation value wei
