Abstract | The invention discloses a synthesis method of bromoxynil butyryl, which is characterized in that bromoxynil butyryl and n-butyryl chloride are used as raw materials, dimethyl sulfoxide is used as a solvent, and bromoxynil butyryl is synthesized in the presence of a catalyst. The synthesis method of bromoxynil butyryl is low in cost, high in yield and simple to operate; hydrogen chloride tail gas generated in the synthesis process is recycled through a tail gas absorption device, nitrogen is recycled after being dewatered, other waste gas is not generated except hydrogen chloride, meanwhile, solid waste is not generated, and the advantages of being economical and environmentally friendly are achieved.
本发明公开了一种丁酰溴苯腈的合成方法,以溴苯腈和正丁酰氯为原料,二甲基亚砜为溶剂,在催化剂存在下合成丁酰溴苯腈。本发明所述的丁酰溴苯腈的合成方法成本低,产出高,操作简单;且合成过程中产生的氯化氢尾气通过尾气吸收装置进行回收利用,氮气除水后继续回用,除氯化氢外不产生其它废气,同时不产生固废,存在经济环保的优势。 |
