Abstract According to the automatic directional adjustment method for saw cutting of the extruded product, a sawing machine is connected behind a feeding roller table, a plurality of sensor arrays are arranged on the feeding roller table, the sensor arrays are formed by uniformly arranging a plurality of sensors with the same number and matched positions into a linear array, and the linear direction is perpendicular to the advancing direction of the feeding roller table; the sensor is used for detecting the extruded product group passing above the feeding roller table, and the position state and the shape state of the extruded product group are judged. The device has the function of automatically detecting the position and state of the extruded metal tube bar profile, judges the states of product skewing, product bending, non-gathering of batch products and the like, can adjust the position of the product, and greatly reduces the defects that the saw cutting procedure is inclined, and the bent products are not treated
