Abstract | A process for recycling phosphorus, copper and precious metal from iron separation tailings and dry discharging of the tailings comprises the steps that (1) the iron separation tailings are conveyed to a hydrocyclone through a pump, underflow of the hydrocyclone is fed to a ball mill for ore grinding, and overflow of the hydrocyclone enters flotation; (2) flotation concentrate is fed to a Nelson concentrating machine for reselection, concentrate of the Nelson concentrating machine is precious metal containing gold, silver, platinum and palladium, and tailings are copper concentrate; and (3) flotation tailings enter a vertical ring magnetic separator to be subjected to magnetic separation, magnetic separation concentrate returns to the iron separation process to be subjected to iron recovery, vertical ring magnetic separation tailings are subjected to flotation again to obtain phosphate concentrate, flotation tailings enter an efficient thickener to be concentrated, the concentrated tailings enter a filter to |
