Abstract | The present invention provides a method for thawing frozen highly active NK cells while maintaining high activity. The liquid for suspending the high-activity NK cells, which meets the following conditions, is used for unfreezing the frozen cells. Provided is a liquid for suspending cells administered to a human, which satisfies the following conditions. (1) contains potassium ions, (2) has a pH of 6.4 or more, (3) does not contain chloride ions at a concentration of 135 mEq/L or more, (4) does not contain calcium ions at a concentration of 0.423 mM or more, and (5) has an osmotic pressure of 200-396 mOsm.
