Abstract | The invention relates to low-odor flame-retardant acrylic polyurethane resin as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the low-odor flame-retardant acrylic polyurethane resin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: (1) 20-25% of at least one unsaturated vegetable oil fatty acid; (2) 10%-15% of at least one (methyl) acrylate or vinyl monomer; (3) 0.1%-1% of at least one initiator; (4) 4%-8% of at least one polyol; (5) 3%-8% of at least one phosphorus-containing polyol compound; (6) 5%-10% of at least one isocyanate monomer; (7) 0.1%-0.3% of at least one catalyst; (8) 0.1%-0.5% of at least one end-capping reagent; and (9) 45%-50% of at least one low-odor solvent used for surface protection of electronic devices.
