The invention relates to the field of phospholipid synthesis, and discloses a method for simultaneously preparing specific phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidyl ethanolamine, which comprises the following steps: adding an amido protecting group into a phospholipid mixture, degrading phospholipid by using sodium alcoholate to obtain a mixture of glyceryl phosphatidylcholine and glyceryl phosphatidyl ethanolamine, refining by using a mixed solvent, and separating to obtain the specific phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidyl ethanolamine. Reacting with specific fatty acid to generate specific synthetic phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidyl ethanolamine; obtaining phospholipids with the purity higher than 98% through column chromatography; and freeze-drying to obtain the phospholipid meeting the medicinal standard. The solvent used in the method can be recycled, and the method is environment-friendly, mild in reaction condition, good in selectivity, low in raw material purity requirement, relatively low in production
