Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of feed additives, and discloses an acidifier as well as a preparation method and application thereof. After the rare earth salt and the small-molecule organic acid are subjected to the coordination reaction, the positive charge part of Re (III) (Re represents rare earth) is transferred to the small-molecule organic acid, so that electrons on a chelate generate a delocalization effect, the polarity of Re (III) is reduced, and the fat solubility of the complex is enhanced, and therefore, the obtained complex can better penetrate through a cell membrane, and the lipid solubility of the complex is improved. Therefore, the effect of killing bacteria is achieved. And when the rare earth concentration is low, excellent antibacterial activity is still achieved. 本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,公开了酸化剂及其制备方法和应用。由于本发明通过将稀土盐与小分子有机酸进行配位反应后,其中的Re(III)(Re表示稀土)的正电荷部分转移到小分子有机酸上,使螯合物上的电子产生了离域效应,降低了Re(III)的极性,增强了配合物的脂溶性,因而使所得配合物能更好的穿透细胞膜,从而达到杀灭细菌的效果。当稀土浓度较低时仍具有优异的抑菌活性。
