Summary: | The invention discloses preparation of a modified cold water fish skin gelatin tissue adhesive, and belongs to the technical field of biological materials. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out polyphenol group structure modification on FSGltn molecules to prepare modified cold water fish skin gelatin; (2) carrying out oxidation ring opening on polysaccharide to form dialdehyde, and crosslinking the modified cold water fish skin gelatin into a tissue adhesive through Schiff base reaction by taking polysaccharide dialdehyde as a crosslinking agent; and (3) the tissue adhesive with excellent ductility and tissue adhesion in a humid environment is constructed. The modified cold water fish skin gelatin and the polysaccharide dialdehyde are mixed in a double-tube injection mode, and can be quickly gelatinized within 20s.
