Abstract | The invention discloses a road surface recognition method based on image recognition and vehicle dynamics response, and belongs to the field of intelligent automobiles. The invention provides a road surface recognition method based on fusion of two algorithms of image recognition and vehicle dynamics response on the basis of a road surface recognition method based on vision. The road surface recognition method based on image recognition can recognize the road condition in front of a vehicle, however, due to the fact that a camera is easily limited by the driving environment, the situation that the recognition result is invalid or wrong is likely to occur only through image recognition. According to the method provided by the invention, a vehicle dynamics response-based method is added as a supplement, so that the reliability of the algorithm can be improved to a great extent, and the precision of road surface recognition is improved.
