Abstract | The invention provides an intelligent tunneling construction method based on a tunnel boring machine, and is suitable for the technical field of tunnel boring construction. The method comprises the following steps of construction preparation, installation of the heading machine, obtaining of rock mass strength R on a cutting face of the heading machine, establishment of a geological actual measurement model and updating of a geological prediction model, dynamic adjustment of a cutting planning path and construction of the heading machine. The step of obtaining the rock mass strength R on the cutting face of the heading machine further comprises the step of conducting noise reduction treatment on the vibration acceleration a4 of the end of the heading arm, and the relation between the vibration acceleration a4 and the rock mass strength R is established.
