Abstract | The invention relates to an image-based shooting training method and system, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a trainer to stand right in front of a central point of a projection device, and displaying a corresponding training image on the projection device; projecting the corresponding light spot and the circular light spot on the projection device through the simulation gun body; in response to the shooting of the trainer, capturing the light spot and the circular light spot on the training image through the capturing device; and analyzing an included angle A among the edge of the circular light spot, the simulated gun body and the light spot, obtaining a gun holding deviation angle of the trainee by making a difference between the included angle A and a divergence angle B of the circular light spot, and outputting the gun holding deviation angle of the trainee.
