Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of quay crane hoisting, in particular to a quay crane complete machine hoisting method which specifically comprises the following steps: step 1, calculating the overall gravity center position of a quay crane complete machine; 2, estimating the lifting height required by a lifting hook of the floating crane and the amplitude of the floating crane according to the wharf water level fall and the overall height of the quay crane; 3, selecting a floating crane according to basic hoisting conditions of the floating crane and acquiring detailed parameters of the floating crane; 4, selecting a main hook type of the floating crane according to the weight of the whole quay crane, checking whether a boom of the floating crane interferes with a front girder or not, and determining the inclination angle of the floating crane during hoisting; 5, calculating the stress of the steel wire rope and selecting the steel wire rope and a shackle; sixthly, preparation work before hoisti |
