Abstract | An independent controllable reconfigurable intelligent surface based on a single-layer dielectric plate comprises a middle dielectric plate, a microwave structure and bottom layer metal, the microwave structure and the bottom layer metal are arranged on the two faces of the dielectric plate respectively, offset lines are arranged on the two sides of the bottom layer metal, and top layer metal is arranged on the two sides of the microwave structure respectively; the dielectric plate is a single-layer dielectric plate, and metal through holes are symmetrically and uniformly distributed in two sides of the dielectric plate; the single-layer dielectric plate can be connected with the top-layer metal and the bottom-layer metal through the metal through holes to form a folded metal plate, the unit structure areas and the wiring areas are isolated on the single-layer dielectric plate by combining the microwave structure areas printed on the two sides of the single-layer dielectric plate and the wiring areas of the o |
