The invention relates to a guide method and device based on a virtual digital human, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that whether a guide demand exists or not is judged according to body actions and/or languages of visitors; in response to the visitor having the guide demand, controlling the interaction device to move to the position of the visitor, calling the matched virtual human image and sound according to the voice and/or image of the visitor, and recommending the guide content; and tracking the current visitor according to the voice and/or the image, guiding the scene, and displaying a guiding object in the scene on the interaction equipment. According to the method and the device, when the visitors have the guide requirements, the interaction equipment is controlled to move to the positions of the visitors, the matched virtual human images and sounds are called according to the voices and/or images of the visitors, and the guide contents are recommended, so th
