The invention discloses a nuclear energy heat supply system coupled with fused salt energy storage and a heat supply method thereof, and relates to the technical field of peak regulation of nuclear energy heat supply systems, the system comprises a reactor, an intermediate loop, a heat utilization loop, a fused salt loop and a fused salt-heat supply network loop; the intermediate loop comprises an intermediate loop-molten salt heat exchanger; the heat utilization loop comprises a primary heat user and a centralized heat supply network; the fused salt loop comprises a fused salt storage tank; the fused salt-heat supply network loop comprises a fused salt side heat supply network heat exchanger; when the heat used by the primary heat consumer is low, the reactor transfers a part of heat to a fused salt storage tank in the fused salt loop for temporary storage through the intermediate loop-fused salt heat exchanger; and when the heat demand of the centralized heat supply network is high, the heat stored in the f
