Abstract The invention belongs to the field of microorganisms, and discloses microvesicle bacteria for producing alginate lyase and application of the microvesicle bacteria. The microvesicle bacteria capable of producing alginate lyase are classified and named as microvesicle bacteria in East China Sea, the microvesicle bacteria are preserved in Guangdong Microbiological Culture Collection Center on February 2, 2024, and the preservation number is GDMCC No: 64370; the strain can produce alginate lyase; the activity of the alginate lyase can reach 25.2 U * mL <-1 >; the invention also provides application of the microvesicle bacteria and the alginate lyase derived from the microvesicle bacteria in production of alginate lysate. 本发明属于微生物领域,公开了一株产褐藻胶裂解酶的微泡菌及其应用;所述产褐藻胶裂解酶的微泡菌的分类命名为东海微泡菌(Microbulbifer donghaiensis),于2024年02月02日保藏于广东省微生物菌种保藏中心,保藏编号为GDMCC No:64370;该菌可产褐藻胶裂解酶;所述褐藻胶裂解酶活性可达25.2U·mL-1;本发明还提供了上述微泡菌和来源于所述微泡菌的褐藻胶裂解酶在生产褐藻胶裂解物中的应用。
