Abstract | The invention belongs to the field of microorganisms, and discloses microvesicle bacteria for producing alginate lyase and application of the microvesicle bacteria. The microvesicle bacteria capable of producing alginate lyase are classified and named as microvesicle bacteria in East China Sea, the microvesicle bacteria are preserved in Guangdong Microbiological Culture Collection Center on February 2, 2024, and the preservation number is GDMCC No: 64370; the strain can produce alginate lyase; the activity of the alginate lyase can reach 25.2 U * mL <-1 >; the invention also provides application of the microvesicle bacteria and the alginate lyase derived from the microvesicle bacteria in production of alginate lysate.
