Abstract | The invention discloses a carrier for promoting in-vivo cationic lipid-nucleic acid complex transfection through ultrasonic cavitation and a preparation method and application thereof.The carrier comprises microbubbles, a cationic lipid-nucleic acid complex and protein, and the cationic lipid-nucleic acid complex is adsorbed to the surfaces of the microbubbles; the protein and the cationic lipid-nucleic acid complex are in a combined state through electrostatic adsorption, and under the action of ultrasonic cavitation, the protein and the cationic lipid-nucleic acid complex are transiently separated, so that the transfection performance of the cationic lipid-nucleic acid complex is activated.
