Abstract | The invention discloses an intelligent health state evaluation method and system based on personalized health monitoring, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining each physiological index monitoring value and a historical monitoring value sequence, and carrying out the preprocessing of the historical monitoring value sequence of the physiological indexes, thereby obtaining a historical standard sequence of the physiological indexes; and calculating a difference value between the currently collected physiological index monitoring value and the mean value of the historical standard sequence, comparing the difference value with an error allowable range, determining the health level of the index, and performing corresponding assignment.
