Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of underground space engineering, and particularly discloses a construction method of a shield tunnel. On the basis of related technologies, the premixed mortar and the modified acrylic fibers are added into the grouting material, a new grouting material is obtained, the modified acrylic fibers and the basalt fibers introduced into the premixed mortar synergistically play a reinforcing role, the combination effect between bentonite particles and set cement can be enhanced, and the grouting material has the advantages that the bonding effect between the bentonite particles and the set cement is improved; the negative influence of bentonite particles on the strength is overcome to a certain extent, so that the grouting material has better strength performance after being cured, and the construction safety during shield tunnel construction in a goaf is fully guaranteed.
