The method comprises the following steps: putting a uranium ore sample and a pre-prepared mixed extracting agent into a reactor; the reactor is placed in the environment with the first preset temperature value for a preset duration and then cooled to a second preset temperature value; and the solution in the reactor is taken out and filtered, and the solution containing the hexavalent uranium is obtained.
