Abstract | The invention relates to a sustainable tobacco supervision model method, which comprises the following steps: S1, determining a to-be-calculated data index, collecting actual supervision data of tobacco data indexes of farmer households in a monitored jurisdiction area, and calculating a difference value d between the actual supervision data and standard data; s2, when the calculated difference value d is larger than 0, a risk weight value SK is endowed to the data index to be 2, when the calculated difference value d is smaller than 0, the risk weight value SK is endowed to the data index to be 1, and when the calculated difference value d is equal to 0, the risk weight value SK is endowed to the data index to be 0; s3, calculating a risk coefficient Se of the farmer household according to the difference value d and the risk weight value SK; and S4, dividing risk degrees of all the jurisdiction areas according to the risk coefficient Se, and supervising growers with middle and high risk levels.
