Abstract | The invention relates to a through-wall pipeline air tightness construction detection device and a construction method, and the device comprises an air tightness suite which comprises a plane part and a cylinder part; the sealing container comprises a shell and a sealing assembly, the shell is arranged on the airtight sleeve in a covering mode and arranged on the periphery of the pipeline in a clamping mode, and the sealing assembly enables the shell to be sealed and fixed to the shell; the airtight mechanism group comprises a horizontal sealing mechanism and an annular sealing mechanism; the transfer mechanism is fixed on the shell; and an inflation detection mechanism.
