The reverse construction method upside-down well construction process comprises the following steps that 1, construction preparation is conducted; step 2, field leveling; step 3, paying off and positioning; 4, hole guiding through a geological drilling machine; 5, double-liquid grouting is carried out; step 6, breaking the concrete pavement; step 7, manufacturing an intercepting ditch and a water-collecting well; step 8, construction of an I-shaped section; step 9, construction of a type II section; step 10, constructing a type III section; step 11, construction of an IV type section; 12, a drainage ditch and a water collecting well are excavated; 13, the bottom of the well pit is cleared and leveled; 14, a cushion layer is poured; 15, construction of the catch basin; and step 16, road surface recovery.
