Abstract The invention discloses a motor-driven clutch and a parking structure. The motor-driven clutch comprises a gear sleeve, a driving mechanism, a clutch gear and a parking gear, wherein the gear sleeve can move forwards or backwards in two directions, the driving mechanism drives the gear sleeve to move in two directions, the clutch gear is arranged in front of the advancing direction of the gear sleeve, and the parking gear is arranged behind the advancing direction of the gear sleeve; when the driving mechanism drives the gear sleeve to move forwards, teeth on the front end face of the gear sleeve are meshed with the clutch gear so that the clutch can be combined.
