Abstract | The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a metal implant and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises the steps that a metal implant is obtained, and a micro groove is formed in the surface of the metal implant; performing heat treatment on the surface of the micro groove to enable the surface of the micro groove to generate crystal phase change; and irradiating the surface of the non-micro-groove area of the metal implant with first laser, and enabling the irradiated area to form a nano structure. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the micro-groove structure is prepared on the surface of the implant, and heat treatment is carried out on the micro-groove structure to realize crystal phase change.
