Abstract The invention relates to a method for producing a rotor (5), in particular of a permanent excitation motor (1), comprising the following steps:-stacking laminated cores of the rotor (5), in particular stamping stacking with substantially axially extending recesses for receiving permanent magnets (9), the recesses having pockets (10), retaining elements and flux barriers (13), inserting permanent magnets (9) into the pockets (10), additionally axially stacking the laminated cores by means of at least one distribution disc (16) on the end face of the laminated cores, the distribution disc (16) having at least one feed (15) and at least one annular channel (18), and conveying the melt-forming potting compound (20) via a conveying section (15) of the distribution disc (16) under a predeterminable pressure through the annular channel (18) into the space in the recess that is not occupied by the permanent magnets (9) until at least all of the axially extending gaps (12) are filled or until the recess is "full". 本发明
