Abstract The invention relates to an electric machine having a braking device, the electric machine having a first bearing flange (5), in which a first bearing of a rotor shaft of the electric machine is accommodated, the electric machine having a second bearing flange, in which a second bearing of the rotor shaft of the electric machine is accommodated, a stator housing is arranged between the first bearing flange and the second bearing flange, the first threaded part (1) is screwed into the first bearing flange by means of its threaded region and the magnet is pressed against the first bearing flange by means of its respective threaded part head, the second threaded part (2) is screwed by means of its threaded region into a threaded bore of the second bearing flange or into a nut bearing against the second bearing flange, and the first bearing flange is pressed against the stator housing and/or the second bearing flange by means of its respective threaded part head, the threaded region of the third threaded part (3)
