Abstract | The invention relates to a control unit (2) of an automatic gearbox of a hybrid motor vehicle, comprising:-first selection means (PMS); -a second selection means (DMS); -identification means (MID) configured to identify at least one tandem hybrid powertrain state in order to produce a vehicle deceleration equal to a vehicle deceleration setpoint; -determination means (MDD) configured to determine a control vector for the gearbox (3) as a function of the transmission state selected by the first and second selection means (PMS, DMS) and the recognition result of the recognition means (MID); and-a control device (MDP) configured to control the gearbox (3) as a function of the control vector.
