Abstract | The invention relates to a micro-positive-pressure long-service-life fast-response large-flow proportional valve, and belongs to the field of medical turbine breathing machines. The inlet connecting pipe is coaxially arranged at the axis of the valve body; the inlet connecting pipe is connected with the valve body through an adjusting screw; the pressure tapping pipe is arranged on the side wall of the inlet connecting pipe; the coil assembly is inserted into the outer shell, and then the magnetism isolating pad, the upper reed seat, the upper reed and the lower reed seat are sequentially placed; the outer edge of the upper reed is extruded and fixed between the upper reed seat and the lower reed seat; an armature valve element assembly and a lower flat gasket are sequentially placed and then are in flange connection with the valve body inserted into the inlet connecting pipe; and the inlet connecting pipe is pushed to realize pre-compression of the reed, and then the reed is fixed by a set screw.
