Abstract A battery pack according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: at least one battery cell having a positive electrode, a separator, and a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material having at least a portion of a silicon oxide; a module housing configured to accommodate the at least one battery cell therein; and a pressing unit configured to elastically press the battery cell to prevent a volume change during charging and discharging of the battery cell and having a pressure for pressing the battery cell set according to a content of the silicon oxide with respect to a total weight of the negative electrode active material. 根据本公开的一个实施方式的电池组包括:至少一个电池单元,所述至少一个电池单元具有正极、隔膜和负极,所述负极包括具有至少一部分硅氧化物的负极活性材料;模块外壳,所述模块外壳被配置为在其中容纳所述至少一个电池单元;以及按压单元,所述按压单元在所述电池单元的充电和放电期间被配置为弹性地按压所述电池单元以防止体积变化并且具有根据所述硅氧化物相对于所述负极活性材料的总重量的含量设置的用于按压所述电池单元的压力。
