Summary: | The invention discloses a brown algae refining method which comprises the following steps: crushing brown algae, transferring the crushed brown algae to countercurrent extraction equipment, and carrying out countercurrent digestion by using a Na2CO3 solution; cooling the digested mixture to room temperature, adjusting the pH value to 6-7, adding immobilized compound enzyme, and hydrolyzing for 10-20 hours in a stirring state; cooling the solution after enzymolysis to room temperature, centrifuging, removing the precipitate, and collecting the supernate; and cooling the supernate to room temperature, desalting by adopting a nanofiltration membrane, performing ultrafiltration on the desalted concentrated solution by using a membrane, respectively collecting permeate and trapped fluid, concentrating, and drying to respectively obtain alginate oligosaccharide and fucoidan polysaccharide sulfate.
